Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Release of Right to Sue
By enrolling in any course or using the Website, you voluntarily and knowingly waive, release, and relinquish any and all rights to bring legal action, lawsuits, or claims against The Smart Home Academy in any court of law.
You agree that all disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in the DIFC, in accordance with DIFC arbitration rules then in effect. Arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding. Each party waives the right to litigate in court or participate in a class action.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the Website or courses at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice or refund.
11. Severability
